However , in a survey , it was revealed that the photo -based social networking users that have active user growth more rapidly than Facebook .In fact, so rapid number of new users of Instagram , as to beat the number of new users of Facebook, Twitter , and Pinterest combined . The survey was conducted by the marketing research firm , GlobalWeb Index.In a survey conducted in the fourth quarter of 2013, and published in January 2014 , Facebook recorded only has an active user growth by 3 percent.
